Financial Support
Since MassHealth funds, our Adult Foster Care program host caregivers can receive a monthly payment of up to $1,500 per client.
Health & Social Support
As your trusted AFC provider, we deploy a nurse and care manager who can render support for the clients, host caregivers, and/or their families. Our professionals will conduct monthly visits and provide on-call support 24/7. They can also answer health-related concerns and serve as a resource for medical education and training (when necessary).
Family Support
For clients who wish to remain residing at home, Golden Days offers extensive support to help clients and their immediate families overcome the challenges of living with an illness or disability.
General Resource Support
Our nurses and care managers at Golden Days can help determine the necessary resources for clients. These resources may include:
- Adult Day Care Services
- Community Support Programs
- Health Care Proxy Information (Guardianship)
